• Learning content — documents, vocabulary, dictation sets, quiz questions, and your answers and attempt history.
• Subscription information — if you upgrade to a paid plan, Stripe processes your payment. We store a record of your subscription (status, period, timestamps) but never your full card details.
• Usage and technical data — basic log data such as requests, timestamps, and error information needed to operate and secure the Service.

3. How we use your information

• to provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• to generate quizzes and check your answers (see AI processing below);
• to authenticate you and keep your account secure;
• to send account-related email such as verification and password reset;
• to process subscription payments; and
• to comply with legal obligations.

4. AI processing

To generate questions and check answers, content you submit — such as your documents and your responses — is processed by artificial-intelligence systems, which may include third-party providers (for example, Google Gemini) and self-hosted language models. This output is automated and may be inaccurate or incomplete; it is provided as a study aid only and should not be relied upon as authoritative. We do not use your content to train third-party models except as permitted by those providers' terms.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the Service, under appropriate obligations, including:

• Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions;
• Email delivery providers — transactional email;
• AI providers — question generation and answer checking.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of the Service and its users.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including hashing passwords and encrypting data in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

You may access and update your account information, and you may delete your account at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data; contact us to exercise them.

9. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language, and operate the Service. We do not use advertising cookies.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
